Whatever the mind sees, feels, and thinks, it strives to achieve. Your focus directs your energy. The mind craves guidance, and once given a clear goal, it diligently works to turn it into reality. The mind is always pursuing results; the challenge lies in the directions we provide. When you give God control over your mind, greatness becomes attainable. The first step towards victory is to think like a winner. What you consistently think about, you will eventually manifest.
Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV) For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
Muhammad Ali famously said, “To become a champion, you must first look and act like a champion.” You may not have control over what thoughts enter your mind, but you can control how you respond to them. When negativity tries to seep in, drown it out with a flood of faith. Focus on what you desire, not on what you fear. Keep your eyes fixated on victory, not on avoiding defeat. Renowned author and speaker Denis Waitley wisely stated, “It’s not your true potential that holds you back; it’s the limited perception of what you think you can’t achieve.”
Philippians 4:8 (NIV) 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Now, seize control of your mind, unleash your inner champion, and go after your dreams with unwavering belief.
So, are you stuck in despair, doubt, or fear? Or are you ready to trust God and boldly step out in faith?
The choice is yours for you to make.
