God is always speaking, the question we need to ask is…”Are we listening?” God tends to speak much more than we listen.

The truth is that heaven is broadcasting a signal to earth. This signal comes from the throne of God into the hearts of His people. Just like a radio station broadcasts a signal to all who would tune in, we too need to tune into the signal. And the only way to tune into God’s frequency is to get our spiritual antennas up. The more antennas we have up the more opportunity there is to pick up on God’s broadcast. The weaker our antennas, the weaker the signal. The reason that many people have a hard time hearing God is that they are not tuned in. They are caught up in the static of so many other signals that God’s voice tends to get lost. When God’s signal gets lost, we become lost on our journey. However, when God’s signal is clear, life becomes clear.

Remember the old school rabbit ears we had to put on T.V.’s in order to pick up a channel? If you held the ears just right you could pick up a clear signal, however if you moved even slightly you would lose it. And for some reason when you took your warm hands off the metal the signal would get lost again. I can remember always trying to figure out ways to emulate my hands with duct tape or anything I could find to press up against the metal. In the same way our spiritual antennas need to be pointed in the right direction in order to pick up God’s frequency. If they are pointed in the wrong direction the signal is unclear.

We are all in need to hear God’s voice and know His wisdom for our lives. No matter what we are facing in life we need to hear the voice of God in order to navigate through life. The great news is that God WANTS to speak to us if we would only take the time to listen. And the more our spiritual antennas are up the more we can tune into His plans and direction for our circumstances. Whatever you are facing right now I know that you need to hear God’s voice. You and I need to know when He speaks to our heart and is calling our name.

We are going to get our antennas up and tune into God’s frequency. The more you know how to catch His signal the more you will know how to walk in His ways.
