New Wine = GOD’S PLANS

The new wine Jesus was talking about was the new things He was doing! Jesus came with a new covenant, a new way! Everything that He taught and demonstrated was totally NEW! The new wine Jesus is referring to is HIS WAY! HIS PLANS! You see, it is not about what we think is best, it is about what God says is best. He is the creator of it all, HE KNOWS! You can trust that God’s plans are always the best laid plans! There is no one that can have a better plan for you than God’s plan! You can’t even have a better plan for you than God has!

We were crated to carry out the plans of God, what a great purpose! What a great responsibility to partner with the God Almighty and be a part of His kingdom! God is not finished with you no matter where you are. You are never too young or never too old to be used by God! He always has something new for us. We never run out of purpose and mission on this earth! God is a God of making all things new, including His plans for our life! Don’t be afraid of the new things God has for you! Don’t resist change when God is creating it! He may be leading you into a whole new season of life, EMBRACE it!

The new wine is about the refreshing power of God being poured into us! It is about His plans and mission being given to us if we choose to accept it! Just like Mission Impossible, but this is Mission Possible! When God gives us new marching orders (which He does a lot) we must accept it and be ready!

What new things is God sharing with you? What new things is God dealing with you on? What new things are you growing in? What new things are stirring in you? God is a God of making all things new! Don’t settle for a dull life, ask God to renew you and give you a new start. Don’t get stuck! God is ready and waiting to pour new wine into your life if you are ready for it!

Isaiah 43:19

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
